I recently wrote an essay for Age of Revolutions in 2019 called “Feel the Fear and Teach the French Revolution Anyway”. I also published a short piece on an in-class exercise in Perspectives in 2016: “Cite Specific: Analyzing Endnotes to Teach Historical Methods”.
